This development is a key component of the £350 million Talbot Gateway regeneration project, which also includes a new tram interchange at Blackpool North Station and a 144-room Holiday Inn hotel. Given the scale of this project, high-quality site security solutions were essential, and we provided and implemented them seamlessly.

Muse Developments has chosen VINCI Building to construct a £100 million, 215,000 sq ft office in Blackpool’s town centre, scheduled for completion by March 2025. Designed by Make Architects, this seven-story building will serve as the new headquarters for civil servants from the Department for Work and Pensions and the Ministry of Defence. VIS Systems played a crucial role in ensuring site safety throughout the construction by deploying Solar CCTV towers and time-lapse features, providing a comprehensive 360-degree security solution.
