The luxury residential accomodation will be complemented by the striking lanscaped podium linking the development to the riverside walkway.

In order to keep the sites fully operational during lockdowns, VIS provided a fully contactless safe solution, whilst protecting the site from urban explorers climbing the highest cranes / buildings (currently a major issue in Manchester city centre).

After successful completion of phase 1 of the scheme VIS have now secured phase 2.
