As Caddick Construction completes another high-specification industrial development for Indurent, VIS Systems has been proud to support the build with an ESG-aligned security solution at Trident Business Park in Warrington.
The Project
Located in Warrington, Trident Business Park comprises two newly completed industrial units measuring 83,000 sq ft and 45,000 sq ft respectively.
The scheme includes 5,350 sq ft of operationally net zero office space, alongside solar PV systems and smart LED lighting, a modern day answer to new projects.
Targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A certifications, this project represents a new way of industrial development, balancing operational performance with environmental responsibility.
Our Role Within This Project
VIS Systems played a key role in securing the Trident Business Park site throughout construction. Working alongside Caddick Construction, we delivered a security solution that not only protected the site but actively supported the project’s ESG objectives.

With the project committed to high environmental standards, we deployed our solar CCTV towers to provide reliable, off-grid perimeter security without increasing emissions or energy demands.
Each tower features Smart AI functionality detecting movement reliably, triggering alerts, and enabling fast, remote response from our in-house monitoring centre.
Our wireless cameras extended visibility into active work zones and changing layouts, giving the site team full coverage and control even as the build progressed.
All systems were designed to adapt to project phases, delivery schedules, and temporary risks, allowing Caddick to focus on delivery without compromising safety or ESG benchmarks.
