Our Role Within this Project
With this site being in a busy public area and architectural setting, maintaining controlled access and efficient site management was imperative throughout the build.
At VIS Systems, we offered streamlined construction site security to help OKTA Construction manage site operations safely.
A secure site pod was installed to create a controlled entry point for all operatives and visitors, this alongside integrated facial recognition technology ensured that only authorised personnel could access the site, while also providing a digital record of site attendance.
To further work on efficiency, we implemented a VIS Systems online induction system, allowing workers to complete their site inductions remotely before arriving.
We also deployed a delivery management system, allowing contractors to schedule and manage deliveries in advance, this particularly helped in organising site logistics while minimising city disruption.
