CONSULTATION

From an early design and pre-liminary tender stage of a Project, our experienced and qualified team can assist you with current market costing and specification. Every Project that we work on is different so we endeavour to understand the relevant risks and challenges associated ensuring that the design and proposal is fit for purpose.

PRE-BUILD AND TEST

To reduce commissioning time on site we build and test our solutions off-site in our controlled workshop, completing rigorous testing and benchmarking. This ensures that the installation will be completed at your site first time with minimal disruption to your organisation and with little costly extended downtime.

INSTALLATION

Once a Project has been awarded we provide a designated team of qualified Installation Engineers to carry out the works. All of our engineers hold a minimum CSCS and SSSTS along with their relevant Industry qualifications. Health & Safety is paramount and we ensure that all tasks are fully risk assessed and detailed method statements are provided, this has maintained our accident free record for the past 5 years.

MONITORING

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC) monitoring station is Manned 24 hours 7 days a week ensuring that we can monitor your CCTV, Fire or Intruder Alarm 365 days a year.

The ARC provides a rapid response to any alarm activation received, the alarm system sends a signal instantly to the ARC where our trained operators then handle the alarm and call the appropriate response immediately.

Along with CCTV we have the ability to give a live audio challenge & warning which on a recent survey of 100 sites proved to reduce theft and vandalism by 92%. A detailed incident report summary is then forwarded to the client for review.

LOCAL RAPID RESPONSE

When an alarm is activated on your site you want peace of mind that the incident is being dealt with quickly & effectively. We have full UK coverage and work in partnership with accredited alarm response teams to ensure that the service provided is to an agreed standard and local to the site. We can pinpoint the location of the intruder and will communicate with the response guard to prevent any loss or damage to your business.

SERVICING

Once our installation is complete VIS Systems focus is on pro-active service and maintenance. As all of our innovative systems are IP based we can carry out automated hourly virtual remote health checks which alert us to any issues that may arise. If a fault is detected we can typically carry out a remote fix without physically going to site, if a site visit is required we have various maintenance contract options available which provide an engineer call out in line with your security risk.
